About these terms

These Terms of Use are between you and Naufel & Associates, LLC d/b/a Every Day Forward™ (“we” or “us”). By using the website or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Every Day Forward™ Nutrition helps you plan meals and fasts, record progress, and optionally connect with other members. Features may change as the service develops. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not use another person's account or impersonate someone else. Let us know at support@everydayforward.app if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Your account may be used across the Every Day Forward™ app suite. You can request deletion of the account and associated suite data through Delete account.

Wellness information

Nutrition plans, calorie and macro totals, fasting schedules, streaks, and other app content are tools for personal organization and general wellness. They are based in part on information you enter and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The service does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized professional advice.

Make food and fasting decisions with your own circumstances in mind. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or have questions about whether a plan is appropriate for you, speak with a qualified health professional.

Social features and conduct

Social participation is optional. If you create a profile, choose a display name and handle you have the right to use. Be respectful in profiles, challenges, and interactions. Do not harass others, impersonate a person or organization, try to access another member's private information, or disrupt the service.

When your profile is discoverable, other members can find and follow it. Sharing daily cards is a separate choice and starts off. You are responsible for images you choose to share outside the app through your device's share menu. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect members, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the plan details and other material you enter. You give us permission to store, process, and display that material only as needed to operate the service and the sharing features you choose. The Every Day Forward™ name, logos, app, website, artwork, and other service materials belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.

Service availability

We work to keep the service useful and available, but features may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. You should keep your own record of information you cannot afford to lose. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal compliance.

Other services

Sign-in, hosting, app distribution, and optional sharing involve third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply when you use them. Links from our website or app do not mean we control those services.

Limits and legal rights

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for a particular health or fitness goal. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited in your location.

Updates and contact
